Managing Affiliates - Referbro

Adding an Affiliate

Navigate to Apps → Referbro → Affiliates and click Add Affiliate.

Field	Required	Description
Name	Yes	The affiliate’s display name
Phone	Yes (if no email)	Phone number for contact and referral code generation
Email	Yes (if no phone)	Email address — at least one of phone or email is required
Commission %	Yes	The commission percentage the affiliate earns per referral
Notes	No	Internal notes for your reference

After adding, Referbro automatically generates a unique referral link for the affiliate.

Viewing Affiliates

The Affiliates table shows:

Name — Affiliate’s name
Link — Their unique referral link (click the clipboard icon to copy)
Contact — Phone or email
Commission — Commission percentage
Notes — Any notes you added
Status — ACTIVE or INACTIVE

Copying Referral Links

Each affiliate’s referral link is displayed in the table. Click the clipboard icon next to any link to copy it. Share this link with the affiliate so they can start promoting your store. The link format is: https://[your-store-domain]/?ref=CODE
