Beta Feature — Razorpay Payouts is currently in beta. Contact arjun@referbro.com to enable it for your store. The Settings section and Cashback Payout Link template stay hidden until it is enabled.

1. Save RazorpayX Credentials

After the feature is enabled, open Apps → Referbro → Settings and fill in Razorpay Payout Credentials: Click Save Credentials. Automated cashback payouts will not run until credentials are saved.

2. Use a Cashback Campaign

In Campaign Configuration, set Referrer Reward Type to Cashback and set the reward amount. Automated payouts apply only to cashback campaigns.

3. Configure Cashback WhatsApp Templates

With Razorpay Payouts enabled, WhatsApp Settings shows an extra template slot. Sent when the payout link is created — before any money moves. The referrer must open this link to claim the cashback. Copy a ready-to-use example from the Template Library.

Reward Notification Template

Sent after Razorpay marks the payout as processed. For cashback payouts, use: See Reward Notification for gift card, store credit, and discount-code variants of this template.
You don’t need to configure all templates at once. For automated cashback, start with Cashback Payout Link — the payout is unused until the referrer opens it.

Tracking Payouts

On Analytics → Referral Details, cashback rows show payout status instead of Mark as Paid (manual mark-as-paid is disabled while Razorpay Payouts is on). Typical states:
  • Awaiting payout — not yet sent to Razorpay
  • Payout issued / pending / processing — the referrer still needs to claim, or Razorpay is transferring funds
  • Payout processed (UTR: …) — money has been sent
  • Payout skipped / failed — check the reason on the row (for example a missing phone number)
